TM Tune-Ups

A simple way to refresh and support your meditation practice.


If your meditation feels different than usual — more thoughts, less ease, increased stress, or if you would simply like reassurance that everything is progressing naturally — a TM Tune-Up can help.

Tune-Ups are short, supportive sessions that help restore the effortless quality of practice and provide space to ask questions or share experiences. Many meditators benefit from a Tune-Up from time to time, even when things are going well.

TM Tune-Ups are available by request for students, faculty, and staff.
