ON-CAMPUS RETREATS

Profound rest and transformation

“I haven’t felt this rested in years!”
“I experienced, for the first time, complete silence in my mind… It felt like a big, warm, safe hug of calmness…”
On-campus TM Retreats are intentional spaces to reset your nervous system, expand awareness, and accelerate the unfoldment of your highest potential. Step away from the noise of daily life for a weekend and enjoy the stillness within. You’ll return to activity refreshed, energized, and ready for success.

What you’ll experience

  • A quiet, peaceful environment away from the outer activity of campus life
  • Guided rounding (yoga asanas, pranayama, and extra TM sessions daily)
  • TM Tune-Ups to ensure effortlessness of TM practice
  • Knowledge talks and inspiring Maharishi videos
  • A warm, supportive retreat community and meaningful conversations
  • Profound rest, expansion of awareness, and revitalization

Retreat location & experience

All retreats are held at the Guest and Conference Center (GCC) — buildings R31 and R41, just down the road from the MIU Pool toward B Street.
Enjoy:

  • Private single rooms with en-suite bathrooms
  • Nutritious meals provided by MIU’s full food service
  • Cozy lounge meeting space for group sessions

Each in-residence retreat spans 3–4 days, including extended TM practice, yoga, pranayama, group discussions, and knowledge meetings. The result is deep rejuvenation and expanded consciousness in a serene, supportive environment.
