Request for Leave of Absence
All leave of absence requests should be submitted through our Human Capital Management system, Asure. You can log in into your account at: Asure Login Page.

Once you’re logged into your account, click into “Payroll/Attendance and Time off” and the system will redirect you to our Time and Attendance component. Make sure you have pop-ups allowed for the Asure website so that you can be properly redirected.
In the blue bar at the top of the page, you can find “My Leave Request”, then you click on “New Leave Request”. Enter the dates, the pay type for the leave (sick, vacation…). The hours should automatically populate when you have entered this information. If you are not sure how many hours you have available, scroll to the bottom of the page. Please also leave a comment; this way you know later why you asked for the leave.
Click “Save and submit” to submit the request to your supervisor. If you click “Save and close”, you will save the information, but not submit.
