IT support is available via the Help Desk or by calling 641-472-1170 and leaving a message. (You must include your full name and a description of your issue)
You may submit a help desk ticket or call the help desk at any time.
Tickets and calls submitted outside of support hours, or on weekends or holidays, will be addressed on the next business day.
