Housing Agreement Form

The Housing Agreement Form must be signed prior to your arrival. You will not receive a door card and room key(s) unless you have signed this form. Please make sure you read the entire form because you will be responsible for knowing and following the policies and rules contained in the form.  Returning students please make sure you provide your student ID number and your mailbox number.
