If you’re considering moving to a different room, please complete this form. Once submitted, we will contact you during regular business hours with more information about your request.
Room Change Policy
Students may request a room change during the academic year; however, a $50 room change fee applies to all approved changes. Please note that room changes are not automatic and must be approved by the Housing Office, and we will assign you the next available room based on the housing plan.
Important Guidelines
- During the first four weeks of each semester (or after each new entry period), room changes are only approved for maintenance or physical issues.
- You must receive Housing approval before making any move.
- All room assignments are made by the Housing Department based on availability and proximity to your current room.
- If your request involves moving to a different residence hall, your new assignment will be based on availability only (not personal preference).
After Your Room Change Is Approved
- Follow the move-out instructions listed in the Arrival–Departure Form for your current room.
- Return your door card and keys within 48 hours of your move.
