Monday–Friday: 12:30–4:00 p.m.
Saturdays and Sundays: Closed

Please bring your inquiries and package slips to the Mailroom window during these hours. The Mailroom processes incoming mail and packages during the non-window hours. So please respect the times it is closed.

The Mailroom is closed on Saturdays and Sundays as well as on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Services Offered

The University receives letters, documents and packages from the United States Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), and DHL. Students, Faculty, Staff, & Departments are assigned campus mailboxes.

  • Mail and documents are sorted and placed in mailboxes.
  • Recipients are notified they have a package by a package slip put in their mailbox. Recipients show their package slip to the mailroom personnel during window hours to claim their package.
  • Stamps are available as well as postal services such as weighing and shipping letters or packages.
  • Outgoing mail must be in the mailroom before 3 p.m. weekdays. If it is later than this they may not go out until the following day.
