Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity (DEI)

Our Purpose

The purpose of MIU’s Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion is to introduce the concepts and practices of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) to students, staff, and faculty of MIU. As we move toward a shared language, we can collectively develop and promote DEI initiatives, then reduce discrimination.
